I know some comedian...probably some "black" comedian has ask this...aids...why the fuck do you call it aids??? what the fuck is it helping??! I'm sure there is a lot more spill in there and some catchy punchline...oh and your asking hey...why did you say some "Black" comedian...you some kind of racist now? No....that's what retards think. If I say it must be ,insert nationality, it isn't always racist. I happen to have a lot of respect for black comedians, I think they pioneered a revolution in comedy...well until Eddie Murphy read the heroes reborn Captain America and it turned him gay.
I mean I know a guy named Mac and that shit turned him gay and gave him diabetes...must have read Iron man with it or something. Here I am writing...on a holiday..yeah you never know which...I like to stack up work so I'm not late, I mean I'm not rich or talented so this shit has to be on time. Especially now that I'm on the fast track with like three and half readers, maybe I'll say I'm going to vote for Obama this time and get more? I think I lost my train of thought if I even had one....but I do keep a log of shit to say normally so I fuck it Ill plug something.
So I got a kindle fire recently...I'm sure I have mentioned this so get off my nuts I forget sometimes. I like the magazine sub's very nice way to get them and more importantly get them cheap, but then I saw they shipped it with the comixology app...Yeah I would have said me buying a new mainstream comic would be about as likely as Micheal Richards doing stand up at the appollo...but hey Micheal Vic's the ceo of pita or some shit now. Anyways the plug.. I liked the format comixology used, its quick convient. I downloaded a couple free things, then finally decided I would try some of the new 52 titles from dc. Yeah thats what got me they are actually really fucking good. I picked up Batman which has a very...well batman story, mystery and action good art great story. With that in tote I decided to get a fun book, suicide squad, much more mainstream feeling but its a good read too very energetic..and no Im not leaving spoilers here this is not some kind of fan boy review. Then I said fuck it, Im going to buy these until the story runs out or they start to suck but I was able to read them too quick...comics really kind of feel like a commercial in length now to me. So I hit google and looked at what came out from the new 52 and another title caught my eye.....Swamp Thing. Yeah I read some of the work Alan Moore did for it in the eighties it was fucking great. This series.....waiting for something bad to be said? No this series is badass, it keeps all the Moore cannon and adds more. I was really surprised with these and ironically just noticed today that Batman and Swampthing share the same writter...kinda figure thats why I like them.....His name is Scott Snyder. Really good writter, I dont think he started in comics either which may well be what makes his shit so unique I dunno. Ok enough of me kissing dc's ass, I like to be the type guy that can pick out good and bad nowadays. For all the stupid shit the company's have done, some of it seems to finally be paying off. This is a publicity stunt no doubt, but I think some of it's actually what the industry needs, great stories with thought behind them that match the characters in them. Not some fucking gimmic bullshit with Frankenstien tied up in the Brooklyn Brawlers basement in a bdsm outfit with a gerbil loaded potato gun pointed at his ass. Just comics. Just stories with pictures. Just do it *heroin*.
